EFACBSL.org was published back in 2009 as Carmelsangels with the purpose of helping a pit-bull in need. With a little luck, a fly by night site, and some generous people we have since changed our mission.

After three years of educating and fighting Animal cruelty and BSL we have now learned that BSL, animal cruelty, abuse, poverty and so much more go hand in hand with topics people face abroad.
